Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page! I specialize in family practice. I have been with Kaiser Permanente since 1979. People are my passion! It will be a pleasure to take care of you and your family.
I was born in Los Angeles. Early on, I discovered that I enjoyed communication and became a ham radio operator when I was 11, building my first transceiver and talking with people all over the world. I also enjoyed science and biology as well as foreign languages and eventually became fluent in Spanish. I speak conversational Italian and French, too. I found medicine to be very challenging and interesting. The ability to diagnose and help people from many different cultural backgrounds is central to my career. I enjoy travel, investing, long walks, good food, and great company.
About my practice
I strive to provide excellent medical care at all times. My team of clinic assistants and nurses work well together to facilitate communication and streamline the delivery of care to our members.
How I thrive
I feel it is very important to maintain a balance in life. I maintain contact with long-term friends and family as much as I can. My family is a great source of spiritual strength, support, and understanding, through the good times and not-so-good times. Exercise is a keystone component in my life, and though the hours I work are long, I try to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week.
