Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our patients, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health. I work with a great group of doctors in the Emergency Department at Kaiser Permanente's San Diego Hospital and surrounding clinics.
Since 2006, I have been caring for members who seek emergency care. I received my medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed residency in emergency medicine at Morristown Memorial Hospital.
About my practice
Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week Emergency Department physicians are available for your urgent health needs. Highly trained, board-certified emergency room physicians are there for you and supported by a caring and knowledgeable staff of nurses, techs, and service assistants. I am one of about 50 physicians who work here and if it is my colleague or I that see you, know you will be well taken care of.
How I thrive
I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of total health, which considers all aspects of a person's state of being -- body, mind, and spirit -- and try to live it in my life every day. I exercise regularly on a mountain bike or in the surf and believe exercise is the core to health. Use your body and it will become stronger and more useful. I believe it is essential to fuel the active body with good, healthy, high quality foods. Don't skimp. Eat well.
