About me

Thank you for visiting my Web page. I am glad to have an opportunity to tell you about myself and my practice. I am a geriatrician and an internal medicine physician. I work in the Department of Continuing Care and Geriatric Medicine at Kaiser Permanente’s South Bay Medical Center.

Biography

I graduated from the internal medicine residency training from Coney Island Hospital in New York. After graduation, I joined Kaiser Permanente’s Fontana Medical Center for my geriatric fellowship. I decided to stay with Kaiser Permanente during my fellowship due to its well-structured health care system, which allows me to provide quality care to our members.

About my practice

As a geriatrician, I work closely with case managers, social workers, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, nutritionists, and physical therapists to provide health care services to our members at nursing facilities, subacute centers, and geriatric clinics. I collaborate with other health care professionals to provide members with the best care possible. I strive to treat members as I would my own family. I enjoy helping members improve their quality of life by encouraging physical and mental activities and keeping them connected to their family, friends, and community.

How I thrive

Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important to our health and well-being. I enjoy spending most of my free time with my family and friends, participating in community events, traveling, and working out to stay active.
