About me

Greetings, and welcome to my Web page. I have worked at Kaiser Permanente for over 10 years in physical medicine and rehabilitation at South Bay Medical Center.

Biography

I was born and raised in Northern California and have grown to love the sunny Southern California area since I finished my residency in Orange County. I still visit family in Northern California in my free time, but the cold weather there always keeps me coming back south. I really enjoy the diversity of Southern California and like to explore various cultures and their cuisines.

About my practice

Our specialty is not well known to many folks. Physical medicine and rehabilitation addresses issues such as musculoskeletal problems, pain, and nerve testing. We work closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to coordinate a treatment and rehabilitation plan for members. We take a team approach to treatment. For instance, we provide the therapists with medical evaluations of your condition and medication to ensure your proper treatment.

How I thrive

Finding the time to take care of one’s self is a challenge in this busy world. We all need to prioritize sleeping, exercising, and relaxing along with our other daily needs like eating if we expect to thrive. When we ignore any of these things, how can we be surprised that we don’t feel well? I try to walk six days a week.
