About me

Hello, and welcome! I’m Dr. Fry, and I feel privileged to share with you a little about myself.

Biography

I grew up in Orange County and love Southern California so much that I never left throughout my undergraduate education and medical training. The biggest draw to California for me has always been the diversity and mixing of cultures unique to where we call home. During my undergraduate years and in medical school, I focused on finding ways to help underrepresented groups have more of a voice and at the same time educate physicians about ways they can better understand and relate to patients from all walks of life. I hope to continue to learn from my members on a daily basis and work together as teammates on their healthcare journey.

About my practice

I practice hospital medicine, so you will usually only see me when you’re in the hospital. Being in the hospital can be a difficult experience, so I want to make sure you understand everything that is happening and work with you to find ways to keep you healthy and out of the hospital after you leave.

How I thrive

I thrive by trying my best to stay balanced and simply appreciate the little joys in life like spending time with family and friends or just relaxing and listening to music. During the winter, I’m often heading to the mountains to snowboard or spend a weekend in a cabin sitting by the fireplace. Lastly, I enjoy staying up to date on current medical literature and reading journals in my spare time.
