Hi, and welcome to my Web page. I'm glad to have the opportunity to share thoughts about my clinic and practice. I think it is essential that patients and their families feel comfortable enough to trust and openly communicate with their doctor. I hope this page will help you get to know me.
I grew up and went to school on the East Coast. My bachelor's degree is in chemical engineering, but I always wanted to be a physician. I attended Georgetown University School of Medicine and joined the U.S. Navy as a physician. I had the opportunity to travel the world and use my skills as a pediatrician. During my Naval career I was trained at University of California - San Diego/Children's Hospital in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes. I worked in the Navy as a pediatric endocrinologist. I retired from the Navy as a captain after more than 22 years of service.

Our team strives to form a partnership with each of our patients and their families. We love guiding our patients during healthy times and educating them about their illnesses. We also know there will be times when our patients become ill and need more care and attention, so we are available on call 24 hours per day. I feel very honored that families entrust us with the care of their children, and strive to treat them as best possible.
I strongly believe in balancing work life with home life. I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 children. I love rebuilding all things mechanical (classic cars, antique radios, and clocks). My favorite magazines are This Old House and Family Handyman. I might become a carpenter when I grow up...or maybe a car mechanic...or...
