About me
Welcome to my Web Page. I am glad to have this opportunity to introduce myself. I believe that feeling comfortable with your physician is very important and I hope this Web page will help you get to know me. I look forward to partnering with you to keep your child healthy.
Biography
I grew up in the Philippines with three brothers and two sisters and I always enjoy reminiscing over our fond childhood memories. At an early age, I dreamed of becoming a physician, and when I did my pediatrics rotation in medical school, I knew that I wanted to be a pediatrician. I came to the United States for further education and training and ultimately to practice what my heart desires, that is, Pediatrics. I completed my pediatrics residency at MetroHealth Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. I’ve always wanted to make a difference in the lives of children, and practicing pediatrics gives me that novel opportunity.
About my practice
I am fortunate to be part of an outstanding and dedicated group of pediatricians here at Kaiser Permanente. I am here to help your child stay healthy and to give the most appropriate treatment when your child is sick. I believe that the best way to stay healthy is preventive care, with emphasis on regular checkups, immunization, nutrition, and exercise. I always strive to do the best that I can for our members and to treat them as I would my own family. Watching children grow and develop through the different stages of their lives gives me a sense of satisfaction and I am honored to be entrusted with your child’s care.
How I thrive
I feel well-balanced because I enjoy what I do. I love being with kids, especially when I see them smile and get hugs from them. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. As a family, we enjoy outdoor activities—we run, hike, dance, play badminton, enjoy my son’s passion for train rides, or simply take a walk in our neighborhood. We also like to travel and be inspired with many different stories, histories, cultures, and art.
