Welcome to my Web page. My name is Ernest Kreisman, and I am one of the many pediatricians working at Kaiser Permanente at Baldwin Park.
I grew up in Russia and attended Leningrad Pediatric Medical Institute. I am fluent in both Russian and Hungarian. I completed my residency at the Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center, and it quickly became apparent that Kaiser Permanente was a good fit for me.
I strongly believe that Kaiser Permanente allows physicians to give patients the highest quality of care possible. As a physician, I can focus on providing medical care without having to spend time on the administrative side of things. I have ready access to subspecialists for consultations, as well as to any advanced laboratory, radiographic, or other diagnostic procedures that I feel are necessary based on my best medical judgment and through consultation with colleagues. My philosophy of medicine is to give my patients preventive care to maximize the quality of their health and prevent illnesses when possible. I am a strong proponent of immunizations and healthy lifestyles, and usually incorporate this approach into my patient encounters. I chose to become a pediatrician because interacting with children and helping them to reach their potential is incredibly rewarding. I truly enjoy my job and try very hard to make your visit more comfortable and fun.
It is a privilege to work with you and your family. It is a responsibility that I do not take lightly. When I am not working, I spend time with my family, and walk my goldendoodle dog, Sammy. My favorite composer is Tchaikovsky, I am a big fan of the Clippers, and I have a collection of cartoon character ties.
