Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to introduce myself to you and share with you a little bit about me personally.
I was born in Southern California and raised in a small town on the Central Coast called Arroyo Grande. I am married to my soul mate and we have four children ages 15, 17, 18, and 23. I live in the community in which I practice, and I love running into my patients on walks and at the grocery store. Obstetrics and gynecology combines preventive medicine, delivering babies, and surgery—what more could a girl ask for? Taking care of women is both a privilege and a joy.
About my practice
In San Dimas, our office staff works together as a team. We strive to treat you as part of our family from reception until you exit our beautiful building. We pride ourselves in getting back to you quickly with information that affects your health and your life. We consider ourselves a family and invite you to join us. If I'm not providing you with what you need, I want you to let me know so I can make sure we are meeting your needs.
How I thrive
Five things I love: 1. Traveling—the more exotic, the better. 2. Taking my family to Lair of the Bear, (a UC Berkeley alumni family camp). 3. Hiking, hiking and hiking! 4. “Playing in the dirt”—gardening. 5. Studying and practicing wellness. I thrive by loving my family, appreciating my colleagues, practicing my calling, eating a mostly plant-based diet, and exercising (yoga, walking, hiking, weights, and elliptical machine). I meditate every day to keep my mind focused, creative, and calm. I love avoiding illness by surrounding myself with wellness.
