Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. As a physician, I strive to treat each and every one of my patients as my family. I value your input in planning your care for a better future through the practice of good health habits, which includes regular exercise, sleep, and a balanced diet. I encourage you to be in an environment where you can be yourself. I hope to work with you to achieve a healthy lifestyle and, in the process, help myself become a better role model. I am devoted to providing high-quality preventive care for a better you. Let’s work together.
I am a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine. I enjoy being a physician because it allows me to be who I am. I love to travel and fix and operate radio control planes and cars. I enjoy reading computer magazines and love football. I enjoy teaching—and learning from—my patients. I believe that each relationship can flourish with unconditional positive regard and humility for each other. As a human being, I always look to improve myself to become a better person.
About my practice
In my practice, my work involves taking care of patients who need a higher level of care and empathy. My goal is to provide effective care through teamwork. I believe in leading by example, and I look to learn from everyone that surrounds me. I manage energy, not time. This helps me in my objective to be an effective physician every day.
How I thrive
The best way to thrive is to build relationships that are selfless and full of positive reinforcement as well as constructive criticism that’s presented with humility and love. Other important aspects of having a balanced life that is full of energy includes exercise, a diet consisting of fruits and vegetables, sleep, and meditation. As a physician, I try to practice this philosophy daily and work towards providing a nurturing environment for my patients.
