About me
Welcome to the Loma Linda Medical Offices. I feel privileged to work with a great team that's designed to help you get the health care you need. Our clinic was set up to help you receive care closer to home. In many cases, we can help prevent unnecessary trips to Fontana Medical Center. Remember that we are not equipped to provide emergency care, such as for heart attacks and strokes. It's best to seek care for injuries at Fontana as well.
Biography
My father was a very busy general practitioner in a small town in Northern California. Seeing how hard he worked to do everything for everyone taught me the value of teamwork. Our medical group is a strong team that allows me to do what I want to do best: help you stay healthy! But the teamwork I enjoy most is that between physician and patient. What you do for your health is very important. I want to help give you what you need to live a healthy life.
About my practice
I want to meet with all my new patients to take an assessment of their current health. If you haven't done this yet, please make an appointment with me as soon as possible. Before your appointment, make a list of your health problems, any medication that you have or surgeries that you have had and any specific health concerns. Today we know much more about the inherited aspects of disease. It is very important to talk with someone in your family who knows what medical problems your relatives have had. It's especially important to ask about heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Knowing your risks can help us to prepare a program to help prevent diseases. We have very powerful cutting-edge computer programs that help track your progress in your prevention plan. You may receive phone calls or letters from time to time reminding you to do tests or make appointments. If you believe these messages were sent by mistake, please let us know.
How I thrive
I realize how bad it feels to be unwell. Fortunately, my wife and daughter both enjoy exercise, and so do I. I like running and doing strength exercises. My family likes to eat fruits and vegetables. We enjoy balance in our life. We also enjoy travel, especially spending time in the mountains or wilderness. Finally, we find our wholeness by growing mentally and spiritually as a family.
