About me

Hello! I am an allergy and immunology specialist in the Department of Allergy at the Kaiser Permanente Garden Grove Medical Office Building, serving members in northern and southern Orange County. I see people of all ages who have problems with asthma, nose allergies (hay fever), food or medication allergies, skin allergies (such as hives or eczema), or immune system problems. I also speak Spanish. I look forward to meeting you!

Biography

I grew up with an airline pilot in Arizona and developed an early love of travel and foreign languages, which inspired me to learn Spanish. During my medical training, I also lived in the Midwest and on the East Coast before happily settling in Southern California, where I can indulge my love of live music and the ocean. I am happily married to my college sweetheart, love children, and have two delightful daughters. I have a special interest in seasonal and food allergies and asthma because many of my family members suffer from allergies (including me!), so I know how these problems can impact our lives!

About my practice

Our relationship is a partnership, and I am here to help you! I will listen, educate, be honest, and work with you to establish a reasonable treatment plan to improve your quality of life, using the least amount of medications necessary.

How I thrive

For me, living well means staying as balanced as possible between my professional and personal lives. Quality time with my family and friends is essential. I also try to run regularly to stay in shape and relieve stress. Whenever possible, I lose myself in a good book, attend concerts, enjoy the ocean, and travel abroad.
