Where I practice
Hello! Welcome to my Web page. I’m glad to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself. It’s very important that you feel comfortable with your anesthesiologist, and I hope this page will help you get to know me.
I grew up in Torrance, California, and attended UC Riverside for my undergraduate degree. I attended the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and made the move to the East Coast for residency training in anesthesiology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston. After residency, I did further subspecialty training in regional anesthesia and acute pain medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. My wife and I are excited to be back home in Southern California!
About my practice
Anesthesiology is a broad and rewarding field of medicine. Anesthesiologists deliver care in the operating rooms to safely and comfortably guide members through surgical procedures. Anesthesiologists also attend and care for the critically ill in the intensive care unit and perform interventional pain procedures for chronic pain. As a regional anesthesiologist, I specialize in the delivery of local anesthetic to different areas of the body for adequate pain control during and after surgery. Our efforts are aimed at ensuring the safety and comfort of members.
How I thrive
Delivering compassionate, member-centered, quality care gives me great satisfaction. Additionally, working within the Kaiser Permanente family to deliver this high-quality care makes my practice enjoyable. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, traveling, discovering new restaurants, scuba diving, and fitness training.
