How to get a second opinion
As one of our members, you have the right to get a second opinion.
If you have coverage through your employer or through Medi-Cal
As a California member, simply contact your local Member Services department or call our Member Services Contact Center for help in arranging a second opinion.
If you’re a Federal employee or have coverage through Medicare or another plan
First, talk to your physician. Then if you have more questions, please contact your local Member Services department or call our Member Services Contact Center.
