Making sure everyone gets equal care

A new California law, Assembly Bill 1204, says hospitals need to tell the state about the quality of care different groups of people receive and their health outcomes. This means we’ll provide a report for the state every year. We’ll share any differences in care or outcomes for people of different races and ethnicities, people who speak different languages, people with different types of insurance, and other groups. And we’ll share the steps we’re taking to make sure everyone gets equal care.
