CMS Interoperability Data Exchange

When you switch health plans or go to a new doctor, it’s important they know your health history. Tools like the Payer-to-Payer API and Provider Access API help share your medical records owned and maintained by the health plan, insurance info, and care approvals so your new doctor has what they need to take care of you.
