You receive preventive care services at little or no cost to you, and online features let you manage most of your care around the clock.

Your benefits include:

• a personal doctor for routine medical care
• simple copays or coinsurance for covered services, including office visits
• no paperwork to fill out, no bills, and no deductibles
• no referrals needed for certain specialties, like optometry and obstetrics/gynecology
• prescription drug coverage for copay or coinsurance at any Kaiser Permanente pharmacy
• vision coverage includes simple copay for vision exams (coverage for contact lenses and glasses varies by plan)
