You earn rewards by completing simple healthy activities, like walking, eating well, meditating, and more. Each time you complete an activity, you earn rewards that you can spend at most major retailers.
Your rewards will automatically be loaded onto a Visa® prepaid card that you can use on everyday items — like groceries, fitness essentials, pharmacy items, self-care products, pet supplies, and even dining out.

For a full list of eligible retailers and items, sign into kp.org or the Kaiser Permanente app and navigate to rewards. Exclusions apply. Rewards may not be used to purchase alcohol, tobacco, firearms, or explosives and may not be usable at stores where these are the main products sold such as liquor / wine stores, gun stores, sporting goods stores, and clubs.
Reward earnings are taxable. It is a member's responsibility to report the reward amounts earned when they file their tax return.
