New for 2025! Kaiser Permanente is teaming up with a new fitness organization, Optum, Inc., to bring you an enhanced Fit Rewards program powered by One Pass Select. You can choose fitness centers in the Classic, Standard, Premium, and Elite network tiers at different price points. All tier memberships offer flexibility allowing you to visit any fitness center within the same tier at no additional cost. You can change membership tiers monthly, and whichever tier you choose, you can earn a reward of up to $200 per year.3 Simply work out at your fitness center of choice at least 45 days for a minimum of 30 minutes per visit within the calendar year.

How it works
Receive access to the One Pass Select Classic tier for a $200 annual member fee. For an additional monthly fee, you may also select from Standard, Premium, and Elite tiers for access to more gyms and studios.
Classic Network Tier
Earn a free gym membership4
You can earn a free gym membership by choosing a gym from the Classic Network Tier and working out at least 45 days. Only one visit per calendar day will count toward your reward requirement.

Standard, Premium, and Elite Network Tiers
Not finding your favorite gym in the Classic Network Tier? No worries. We have a variety of membership options to find your fit. Browse the gyms in the Standard, Premium, and Elite Network Tiers for an additional fee.

Qualifying nonparticipating fitness centers
Qualifying nonparticipating fitness centers that aren’t part of the Classic, Standard, Premium, or Elite Network Tiers.
You can visit qualifying nonparticipating gyms and still earn your annual reward. All you need to do is visit the gym 45 days for at least 30 minutes each session and track your visits on kpfitrewards.rallyengage.com or the Rally Engage app.5
- Annual program fee: You pay standard retail fees directly to the fitness center

To register and get rewarded, follow these steps:
Choose from the following membership tier options: Classic, Standard, Premium, or Elite and pay your annual program fee of up to $200. If you choose the Classic Network Tier, there will be no more monthly dues to worry about! If you choose the Standard, Premium or Elite Network Tier, you’ll need to pay an additional monthly fee. All membership tiers offer flexibility. Join as many gyms as you like within a given tier at no additional cost.
Please note: Kaiser Permanente Fit Rewards is a calendar-year program and resets on January 1 each year. You’ll need to pay your annual program fee and enroll again on or after January 1 each year to participate. Once you’ve enrolled, work out 45 days for 30 minutes a session at your fitness center before the end of the year to earn your reward.
Bring your member code with you to any participating location and the staff will set up your membership for all future visits. Network partners and number of fitness locations in each tier are subject to change. For the most up-to-date list of participating fitness centers, visit OnePassSelect.com.
Can’t find your fitness center? You can request the addition of participating fitness centers online at OnePassSelect.com or call the Optum customer service center for fitness center network support at 1-877-265-2906 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central Time.
Qualifying nonparticipating fitness centers: If you can’t to find a participating fitness center in the Classic, Standard, Premium, or Elite Network Tiers that meets your needs, log onto kpfitrewards.rallyengage.com or the Rally Engage app and track your visits. You’ll need to pay the standard retail fees directly to the fitness center, but you can earn a $200 reward for meeting the program requirements.
Work out at a Classic, Standard, Premium, Elite, or qualified nonparticipating fitness center at least 45 days for at least 30 minutes per session by the end of the year. (Only one visit per calendar day will count toward your reward requirement.) Once you meet the 45-day, 30-minute-per-session activity requirement, you can redeem your reward on kpfitrewards.rallyengage.com or the Rally Engage app (It could take up to 90 days for you to receive your reward notification depending on when your fitness center submits visits for reimbursement).6

Strength Kit: Smash your health goals with our strength kit. Includes resistance and tubing bands, door anchor, and exercise cards focused on balance and coordination.
Yoga Kit: Includes everything you need for your yoga practice. This kit includes a yoga mat, yoga block, yoga strap, and DVD with two 20-minute practices.
Dance Kit: Your health, your way with our dance kit. The dance kit includes a quick start guide, guided dance video, fresh and simple nutrition book, and everyday weight-loss plan.

Footnotes
- Medicare and QUEST (Medicaid) members are not eligible for the Kaiser Permanente Fit Rewards program. If you are under 18 years of age, ask your fitness center if you need consent from a parent/guardian to become a member.
- Fitness centers must be qualified fitness organizations operating for the general public; must offer regular cardiovascular, flexibility, and/or resistance training exercise programs; the established physical facility must offer a membership agreement; and must be overseen by staff. Fitness centers outside of the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia do not qualify.
- Earn your annual $200 reward by exercising 45 days a year for at least 30 minutes per session at a participating fitness center after you have enrolled or at a qualifying nonparticipating fitness center. Only one visit per calendar day will count toward your reward requirement.
- With the exception of earning your annual program fee back by exercising 45 days a year for at least 30 minutes, your annual program fee is not refundable and will not be prorated.
- Members attending a qualifying nonparticipating fitness center location must have an active membership agreement with the location and must be paying fitness center dues for the current calendar year, in addition to meeting their 45-visit requirement, to earn their $200 reward.
- Reward is limited to your annual program fee each calendar year. Taxes and additional charges you pay your gym for classes, services, or amenities are not included in the program and are not eligible for reimbursement. Fitness center visits made before you pay your annual program fee do not count toward the reward requirement. Please consult with your own tax adviser about the taxability of the reimbursement.
Kaiser Permanente Fit Rewards is a value-added service and not part of your medical benefits. Your annual program fee does not count toward your health plan’s annual out-of-pocket maximum. For details, including limitations and exclusions, see your Evidence of Coverage.
