The 2025-26 COVID-19 vaccine is available for Kaiser Permanente members 6 months and older. See locations and hours below.

To make an appointment for the COVID-19 vaccine, call 1-833-833-3333 (TTY 711).

The Novavax vaccine is available for members 12 and older only at the following locations: Mapunapuna Medical Office, Maui Lani Medical Office, Kona Medical Office, Hilo Clinic, and Lihue Clinic.

All clinics will be CLOSED on the following dates: February 16, March 26, May 25, and June 11.
