How to get care

In general, specialty care is by referral. To get the care you need, connect with a clinician or call us call us at 833-833-3333 (TTY: 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, you don’t need a doctor’s referral to make appointments for many services and departments, including

  • Eye examinations for glasses and contact lenses
  • Health coaches
  • Mental health
  • Physical therapy 
  • Sports medicine 
  • Weight management

You can use the Kaiser Permanente app or schedule online.
