Welcome! We recently transitioned to a new premium payment system 

We encourage you to register for our new premium payment system to take advantage of more payment features, such as flexible payment dates, scheduled payment options, and payment notifications.

Premium Payment System Transition: Frequently Asked Questions 

It’s simple! Just go to kp.org/payonline.  You will need your Billing Unit Identification (BUID) number to complete the registration. 
Premium bills are typically mailed in the middle of each month. You will also receive an electronic copy of your bill online. If you sign up for paperless billing, you will only receive your premium statement electronically.

Your previous paperless billing preferences will not automatically transfer to the new system.

To keep paperless billing active, update your paperless preferences:

  • Visit kp.org/paperlessrenewals
  • Click on My Account in the upper right corner of the screen. (Note: You will need to register for an account if you don’t have one.)
  • Select Profile & Preferences, then Paperless Preferences.
  • Check the box for Premium bill.
You can take advantage of easy-to-use online payment and coverage tools that allow you to view your current premium account balance, due date and next autopay scheduled date, along with your coverage details.
