Kaiser Permanente is experiencing a labor strike by the Alliance of Health Care Unions.
Since May, we’ve been negotiating in good faith with the Alliance of Health Care Unions on a new national agreement that supports our employees, maintains our status as a best place to work, and ensures affordable care for our members.
Some of the unions that make up the Alliance are conducting a strike scheduled to end at 7 a.m. on Sunday, October 19, 2025.
You can rely on us for the high-quality care you deserve. We’ve put strong plans in place to minimize interruption to your care. Members also have 24/7 access to same-day care through Get Care Now on our mobile app. Our facilities are staffed by physicians, experienced managers, and trained staff, with added licensed contract professionals as needed.
