Our Moanalua Medical Center, urgent care clinics, and all medical facilities remain open during their regular hours.
We will support members who would like to reschedule or convert appointments to a phone or video visit. Please call our appointment and advice line at 1-833-833-3333 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Getting your prescriptions if you're affected
If you need an urgent prescription or refill, you can go to any open Kaiser Permanente pharmacy. To search for a pharmacy near you, visit our Facility Directory.
If you would like your nonurgent prescriptions mailed to you, you can order them online at kp.org/pharmacy or the Kaiser Permanente app. Please note, it may take 5 to 7 days to deliver your prescriptions via mail.
You can also call 808-643-7979, and a pharmacy representative will be ready to answer any questions and provide support.
