Our affiliated providers in Georgia

For those times when we’re not able to provide care from our own Kaiser Permanente medical group, we contract with affiliated community providers to care for our members. Affiliated community doctors are also available to help make sure care is available close to home. This may include services from physicians, hospitals, or pharmacies.

More choices for health care

HMO members can receive specialty care from select affiliated community physicians.

Multi-Choice members can also choose from PPO providers in the Private Healthcare Systems (PHCS).

Affiliated hospitals

Affiliated hospitals are available for inpatient and emergency care in the metro-Atlanta area.

In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital. For emergency care, you have access to any hospital emergency room. If you need to be admitted, your personal physician will determine which facility to use for continued care.
