Help with finding out who accessed your online record

You’ll see if you, an authorized family member, or other authorized person:

• viewed your medical record,
• downloaded or sent part of your medical record,
• or has seen details about your past visits or hospital stays

No, not everything in your medical record is included. For example, you will not be able to see if you, an authorized family member, or other authorized person viewed your allergy or immunization information.

If you do not recognize the name of someone who’s listed as having seen your account, please contact Member Services.

If you see any incorrect information, please call your doctor’s office.
