Kaiser Permanente physician
My gender: Male
Accepting new patients. Referral may be required.
Greetings! It is an honor and privilege to be a physician team member at Kaiser Permanente. I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I am originally from the Midwest (Ohio), but ended up here on the West Coast. After completing my rheumatology training in Seattle, I moved to the warmer and sunnier climate here in Southern California. I was in private practice rheumatology before transitioning to Kaiser Permanente; I am honored to be part of this organization. My faith in God, family and friends are the most important to me.
Being referred to see a rheumatologist can be a bit intimidating and scary. I try to ease most of those fears by first trying to get to know you as a person before we dive into the clinic visit. My primary goal is to provide medical advice, explain the treatment options available, and allow you to make an informed decision. I feel very honored that people have entrusted me with their care and strive to treat them as I would my own brother, sister, or parent.
Keeping balance in my life is very important to me. I frequent the gym throughout my work week and I love jogging with my dog every morning! I enjoy kayaking, scuba diving, the Seattle Seahawks and the NBA.
