Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to introduce myself, and tell you about my ophthalmology practice. It's great to work at Kaiser Permanente among many wonderful colleagues and patients. I hope that soon you and I will be partnering together to care for your vision.
I am a native Southern Californian, and feel fortunate to live and practice medicine in such a wonderful environment. From the time I was a young child, I knew I wanted to be a physician. I wanted to be able to make a real difference in people's lives. Practicing medicine gives me that opportunity.
About my practice
In addition to ophthalmology and cataract surgery, I specialize in the management and treatment of glaucoma. Naturally, I'm here to help you when you are sick, but I feel that healthy living and preventive care are the best ways to stay well. I want to be your partner in health.
How I thrive
When you are actively involved in your health, it helps me provide better care. I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of health in body, mind, and spirit, and I try to practice it in my life every day. My family life is my highest priority. I am fortunate to have my immediate family in the Orange County area, and spend a great deal of my free time with them. Whether we are attending our son's soccer games or running around after our daughter, my husband and I try to live our lives to the fullest.
