Thank you for visiting my Web page. I'm glad to have the chance to introduce myself, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I am a third-generation Californian. I completed my undergraduate studies at USC in the psychobiology honors program with a certificate in bioethics. I received my medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC in 1992. My orthopedic surgery residency was completed at USC and included training at Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center, USC University Hospital, Childrens’ Hospital of Los Angeles, Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic, Orthopaedic Hospital (now called the Orthopedic Institute for Children), and Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center. My training at Los Angeles County+USC gave me extensive experience in orthopedic trauma. I am a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
I have been practicing since 1997 at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center. I specialize in treating arthritis of the hip and knee, including partial knee replacement.
I thrive by working out at the gym, snow and waterskiing, kayaking, reading (about science and history), and spending time with my wife and kids.
