Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I have practiced at our Fontana Medical Center since 1993 as an orthopedic surgeon, performing on the average more than 400 orthopedic surgeries per year.
I was raised in the San Gabriel Valley. After my medical training I returned to Southern California to practice at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana, so I could be close to my family and the friends I grew up with. My hobbies include tennis, golf, basketball, and bicycling. I root for the Los Angeles Lakers in basketball and the Los Angeles Angels in baseball. My alma mater team is the Runnin' Rebels at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
About my practice
My orthopedic practice focuses on problems related to the knee, shoulder, and hand. I also care for patients with broken bones from various injuries sustained at work, play, or home. In other words, I practice general orthopedics with a special interest in sports-related injuries. I am a big fan of continuing medical education in order to bring the most effective, up-to-date treatments to my patients. I value teamwork in the office, hospital, and operating room in order to accurately diagnose and treat my patients. I perform minimally invasive endoscopic carpal tunnel release for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, which causes numbness and pain in patients' hands.
How I thrive
To stay healthy, I try to stay active playing sports that I enjoy. I also eat plenty of vegetables and try to get enough sleep each night.
