Kaiser Permanente physician
My gender: Male
Accepting new patients. Referral may be required.
I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my work as a physician at Kaiser Permanente. I am a hospitalist physician, which means I care for patients who are admitted to the hospital.
I spent most of my life in Los Angeles. I grew up near Pasadena, and then attended UCLA for my undergraduate education and medical school. As an undergraduate, I studied chemical engineering. After medical school, I completed my internal medicine training at Olive View hospital, one of the Los Angeles county hospitals, where I worked with patients from underserved communities. After my residency, I spent a year as a chief resident, teaching medicine residents and medical students.
I work as a hospitalist. My duties include admitting patients who come to the emergency room and treating patients who are hospitalized.
I thrive by spending time with my wife and my daughter. We love to be outdoors, be it at the park, the beach, going on a hike, or walking the dog.
