About me

Hi there, and thank you for visiting my Web page. I was born in Boston and grew up in Anaheim, California, and from an early age, I knew I wanted to do something that made a positive difference in people’s lives. That desire eventually led me to medicine, where I’m grateful for the chance to help patients improve their health every day. Outside of work, music plays a big role in my life — I enjoy playing several different instruments and appreciate the creativity and balance it brings. I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to being part of your health journey.

Biography

My decision to pursue medicine was rooted in a simple but meaningful goal: I wanted to help people feel better and live healthier lives. Over time, I realized I was drawn to a specialty that would give me a broad foundation in understanding many types of medical conditions. Family medicine offered exactly that — a wide-ranging, comprehensive approach to caring for all patients. One fun fact about me is my love for music. I enjoy playing multiple instruments and find it to be a great way to relax, express creativity, and bring balance to my day. These interests outside of medicine help shape who I am as a person and a physician. I’m grateful that my path led me to a field where I can combine knowledge, connection, and purpose in the care I provide.

About my practice

What I enjoy most about my practice is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of members. Each visit is a chance to listen, support, and work together toward better health. I value being able to care for a wide range of conditions and help members navigate their goals, concerns, and questions with clarity. My approach to care is grounded in collaboration, open communication, and a commitment to treating everyone with respect and understanding. My hope is that members walk away feeling informed, supported, and confident in the next steps of their health journey. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you reach your health goals.

How I thrive

Outside of work, I stay energized and balanced through an active and creative lifestyle. I enjoy playing many musical instruments, running, cycling, strength training, reading, and watching great films to unwind. I’m happiest when I’m out in nature taking in a breathtaking view — it’s one of the best ways for me to reset and reflect. One of my personal goals is to maintain both my mental and physical health as I age, which helps me stay grounded and able to show up fully for members. These routines keep me centered and help me bring positive energy to my work each day.
