My gender: Male
Accepting new patients. Referral may be required.
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to have worked at Kaiser Permanente for more than 20 years. I look forward to helping you care for your health.
I was born and raised in Mexico City. I wanted to be a physician so I could help people. I knew that I wanted to be able to make a real difference in patients' lives, and practicing medicine gives me that chance.
I am an infectious disease specialist with special interests in hospital-acquired infections, resistant infections, travel medicine, and patients with impaired immune systems. Also I have a special interest in proper use of antibiotics. I love to take care of my patients. Keeping my work and personal life in balance is important to me.
Most important is my family, and I spend as much time as possible with my wife, children, father and extended family. I exercise daily, and I think it's important to serve and volunteer in the community. I volunteer for the West Valley/Real So-Cal Soccer League I'm the registrar for the league, as well as a soccer coach and referee, I also love to read.
