Welcome to my Web page. Thank you for taking an interest in getting to know me. I feel fortunate and proud to be both a member and provider at Kaiser Permanente.
I was born and raised in Southern California. I first became interested in podiatry when I was treated by a podiatrist for a high school running injury. I studied in San Diego and San Francisco, and then returned to Southern California for my residency training. I love basketball and music, and stay active by trying to keep up with my children.
Healthy living and preventive care are among the best ways to stay healthy. I encourage members to keep in mind that their foot health is a reflection of their overall health. Occasionally, we work with other medical specialties to treat conditions. Open communication is essential within our team. That team includes you and your family, me and my office staff, and your other Kaiser Permanente providers.
Maintaining balance in mind, body, and spirit is important to enjoying life. My husband and I try to set good examples for our children by reading with them, exercising regularly, eating healthy foods, and volunteering in the community. Most importantly, I’m energized by joy and laughter in spending time with my family and friends.
