Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. Kaiser Permanente gives me opportunities daily to work with wonderful colleagues and patients, and it would be a privilege to work with you as well.
I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and decided to go to UCLA for undergraduate work. As a freshman, I had an opportunity to volunteer for a transplant research lab in cardiothoracic surgery and immediately fell in love with medicine. After college, I went to New York University School of Medicine. New York is a wonderful place with lots of energy, culture, and excitement. I was not quite ready to come back to California right after medical school, so I spent the next five years in New York City as a resident and chief resident at NYU Medical Center in the Department of Radiology. Next, I returned to California to complete an interventional radiology fellowship at UC San Francisco Medical Center. After five years of private practice in Las Vegas, I decided to relocate with my family to Orange County in Southern California.
About my practice
As an interventional radiologist, I perform minimally invasive vascular and nonvascular surgical procedures using image guidance. It is extremely rewarding to treat patients who have diseases that affect several different organ systems.
How I thrive
Besides playing with my two young boys at home, I enjoy tae kwon do, Brazilian jujitsu, golf, basketball, reading, and movies.
