Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I am a board-certified pulmonary and critical care physician at Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills Medical Center. I enjoy seeing members in the clinic as well as the hospital setting and am a part of a wonderful team of physicians and specialists at Woodland Hills.
I grew up in Southern California, and have wanted to be a physician since kindergarten. Naturally, I gravitated toward people and the study of life sciences. I graduated from USC Medical School and completed a residency in internal medicine at UCLA, where I stayed to complete my fellowship training in pulmonary and critical care medicine. Although I enjoyed academic medicine, my goal was to become a physician in a community-based setting with 100% dedication to clinical medicine. This brought me to Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills.
About my practice
My philosophy is to have my members feel cared for and be an active part of their medical care and decision-making. I respect that everyone is different and may have different philosophies with regard to their care. My goal is to incorporate evidence-based medicine with member choices to ensure a healthy and happy lifestyle. I am lucky enough to work in a group practice with extremely talented colleagues that share the same philosophy toward making our members’ lives better while managing their chronic illnesses.
How I thrive
I thrive by trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle and spending time with my family and friends. I also develop by being a part of an active community of doctors that works together for the ultimate goal of making our members' lives better. I enjoy spending time with my family and children doing activities like hiking, horseback riding, and spending time at the beach.
