Where I practice
Hello! Thank you for visiting my Web page and getting to know a little bit about myself and my practice.
I was born in Flushing, New York, and lived in Youngstown, Ohio, but I consider myself a true Southern Californian because that’s where I’ve spent the majority of my life. I did have a brief foray up north to attend college at UC Berkeley (go, Bears!), but I couldn’t stay away from the warm and sunny weather of Southern California for too long. I went to medical school at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona and completed my residency at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana.
About my practice
As a hospitalist, I care for members that are admitted into the hospital with an acute illness. I try to treat every member as if they were my own family. I realize that the hospital can be an intimidating setting for many people and their family members, so I do my best to provide them with the care and support that they deserve. My philosophy on medicine is that the best outcomes are achieved when member and physician work in close collaboration. That is why I value the time I spend listening to each member’s unique story.
How I thrive
When I am not working in the hospital, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter. I am also an avid Lakers fan and enjoy playing basketball and tennis.
