Where I practice
I’m glad to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you and tell you about my work as a Kaiser Permanente physician. I deeply value the relationship between member and personal physician, and I hope that by sharing a bit of information about myself, I’ll help you get to know me and my values as a primary care physician.
I grew up in Southern California and moved to Boston for college, where I studied biology and philosophy. After more than 12 years on the East Coast (mainly in New York), I returned to my California roots to take a position at Kaiser Permanente. I married my college sweetheart. We’re excited to make California our home!
About my practice
Being an internist in a primary care role, I find it is a privilege to help members understand what concerns them, translate what they may not grasp, help them get the appropriate evaluations, and communicate with them and their families. I really enjoy various topics in medicine and like sharing my deep knowledge with members so that they can navigate the complex world of healthcare.
How I thrive
I believe that you thrive when you have a good work/life balance. I make sure to stay active by running and exercising throughout the week, and I love playing tennis. I also love to explore new restaurants and eat foods from different cultures. Most of all, I love just relaxing and spending time with my wife and friends to reenergize and refocus.
