Where I practice
Before learning more about you, I'd like to share a little about myself.
By my father's bedside, I first learned to care holistically for a person with cancer. Despite the intractable nausea and pain he felt while battling stomach cancer, he lived each day with dignity and courage. What I learned from him made a lasting impression on me. He helped me realize that I truly wanted to become an oncologist. As a renowned physician once said, "One of the essential qualities of a clinician is an interest in humanity, for the secret of the care of the patient is in caring for the patient."
About my practice
With increasing efficacy and numbers of treatment, the future of oncology is bright. I approach your care as a partnership. I am interested in learning what's important in your life, and finding out what your goals are. These values help guide in recommending the best therapy for you. My commitments are twofold: to improve the quality of life of patients and families affected by cancer, and to serve them with empathy and compassion while utilizing the latest advances in cancer care treatment and prevention.
How I thrive
I am blessed to have such a wonderful, supportive family and friends who help me lead a balanced life. Traveling, hiking, exploring new places, golfing, learning new languages and reading novels are some of the things I enjoy most.
