Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I grew up in Hong Kong until the age 11, when my family and I moved to Southern California. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Chicago, majoring in history. After Chicago, I moved to New York City, where I attended Weill Cornell Medical College and completed my urology residency at the New York Presbyterian Hospital Weill Cornell Medical Center. After 15 years away from Southern California, I returned to USC to further my training in a laparoscopy and robotic urology fellowship.
About my practice
Medicine as a career is a very special opportunity to connect with and help people in a meaningful way. It is a privilege to be a physician, and I feel very honored that people have entrusted me with their care and strive to treat them as I would my own family. My clinical interests include kidney cancer, prostate cancer, and general urology. I specialize in minimally invasive surgical techniques. Because of our wonderful team of nurses, assistants, and doctors, we are able to provide our members with high-quality care.
How I thrive
I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente’s philosophy of health in mind, body, and spirit and try to live it in my life every day. I enjoy playing basketball and running in my free time.
