About me
Welcome! I'm grateful for the opportunity to care for you. As a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, I am committed to providing thoughtful care based on evidence and current research while truly listening to your concerns. I believe the best medical care is built on trust, compassion, and partnership.
I treat members the way I would want my own family to be treated: with respect, honesty, and individual attention. Whether you are here for routine care or a complex gynecological concern, my goal is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and confident in your care every step of the way. I hope this page helps you get to know me, and I look forward to getting to know you.
Biography
I was born and raised in Orange County. I was even born at a Kaiser Permanente hospital! I later moved to the East Coast to complete my medical training. It is a dream come true to be back home caring for the community I grew up in.
About my practice
I have a special interest in complex conditions, including endometriosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and pelvic pain. I completed a 2-year surgical fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at Yale New Haven health and specialize in robotic and traditional laparoscopic procedures. My favorite part of obstetrics and gynecology is getting to know members and helping them to thrive. During my medical training, I saw how often women serve as the backbone of their families and local communities, often putting the needs of others before their own. I became an obstetrician/gynecologist to take care of these women and to put their needs first.
How I thrive
I value balance and make time for the things that keep me grounded. I love to travel with my family, spend time at the beach, listen to live music, and go dancing with my friends. I stay active by practicing yoga, Lagree and Orangetheory, which help me stay energized and present in both my personal life and my work with members.
