Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page! It’s a great pleasure for me to introduce myself to you. I’m an internist who practices in the hospital, predominantly evenings and nights. I always strive to deliver high-quality health care.
I’m originally from Central India and did my medical schooling there. I completed my internal medicine residency at LAC+USC in 1999. I have with been with Kaiser Permanente since then. I’m married and have two wonderful daughters. I enjoy cooking many dishes, preferably with fresh vegetables. I also love to travel, especially taking long road trips during the summer to national parks as well as train rides through Europe.
About my practice
As a hospitalist—someone who practices in the hospital—I often encounter very ill patients, and the decisions I make can have an immediate and dramatic impact on them. As a result, practicing medicine for me is both a very gratifying and humbling experience. I take pride in being a Kaiser Permanente physician and being part of this organization.
How I thrive
The flexible work schedules offered by Kaiser Permanente help me balance my family life and career. Because I work at night, I’m able to care for my children during the day and remain actively involved with their interests and extracurricular activities. I enjoy exercising regularly in the mini-gym located in my garage. And I attempt to seek spiritual knowledge for soundness of my mind.
