Where I practice
Welcome to my Web page. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.
I grew up in Southern California as a Kaiser Permanente member. In fact, my family has been Kaiser Permanente members for as long as I can remember. I attended UC Irvine for undergraduate studies and the Medical College of Pennsylvania for medical school, and completed my residency at Boston University. I moved back to Southern California and have been with Kaiser Permanente since 2006.
About my practice
I am a comprehensive internal medicine specialist and work part time in the clinic and part time in the hospital. My clinical practice is geared toward keeping my members as healthy as possible. My time in the hospital is focused on caring for ill members and getting them well enough to go back home. Working in the hospital also gives me an opportunity to work with physicians in other specialties as a consultant on complex cases.
How I thrive
I am active all day long whether I am at work or at home. In addition to being active, I exercise three to four days per week and this can take the form of swimming, running, spin class, or Pilates.
