About me
Hello, and welcome to my Web page. Nice to meet you! I am Dr. Aaron Reposar, an interventional and diagnostic radiologist at the Moreno Valley and Riverside Medical Centers.
Biography
I was born in the United Kingdom, and my family moved to Los Angeles when I was 5 years old. Los Angeles is where I grew up and where I call home today. I enjoyed a career in molecular biology/genetics for several years before attending medical school at the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. After medical school, I completed a residency in diagnostic radiology at Stanford University in California, followed by a subspecialized interventional radiology residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. Then I moved back to California, where I have been working in private practice for the last several years. I plan to practice at Kaiser Permanente for the remainder of my career.
About my practice
I believe in member-centered care and medicine based on evidence and current research. Medicine is best practiced in a collaborative way, including strong relationships between members and physicians and between physicians and healthcare professionals. As an interventional radiologist, I use minimally invasive techniques to treat a variety of diseases, including both venous and arterial diseases, interventional oncology, trauma, dialysis access, and interventions such as kyphoplasty. Minimally invasive techniques allow people to recover faster and get back to their normal lives quicker. Member safety and advocacy are also very important to me. I believe that members should have all of the relevant information at their disposal prior to consenting to a procedure, so that they can make the best informed decision possible.
How I thrive
During my time away from work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends either traveling, cooking/eating, or participating in outdoor activities. I enjoy family outings to Dodger games, camping at the beach, eating sushi or shabu-shabu, and going for long walks and bike rides. It is important to have a healthy work-life balance.
