Create your online account

Setting up your account is easy. Just register on kp.org  and follow the instructions online. You’ll need your medical record number, which you can find on your member ID card.
 
 

Manage your health at kp.org or with the Kaiser Permanente app

Our website and app are your connection to great health and great care. Once you create your account, you can securely access time-saving tools and resources to stay on top of your care — anytime, anywhere:1

  • View most lab results.
  • Refill most prescriptions.
  • Email your doctor’s office with nonurgent questions.
  • Schedule and cancel routine appointments.
  • Manage a family member’s health care.2

To use these features on the go, download the Kaiser Permanente app to your mobile device and sign in. With our app, you can also access your digital member ID card, which you can use just like your physical ID card.

We know having a doctor you connect with is an important part of taking care of your health. Find a doctor who’s right for you.

Choose the right doctor

Start by selecting a convenient facility, then browse our online doctor profiles. You can search by gender, languages spoken, education, and more. 

Each covered family member can choose a personal doctor with any of these specialties:

  • Adult medicine/internal medicine
  • Family medicine
  • Pediatrics/adolescent medicine (for children up to 18)
  • Obstetrics-gynecology — women 18 and older can choose an ob-gyn as well as a personal doctor

Change anytime

If you want to change to another Kaiser Permanente doctor at any time, for any reason, it’s easy to choose a new doctor online or by phone.

Ready to transition your current prescriptions to a Kaiser Permanente pharmacy? Click the button below to fill out a simple form. We just need your:

  • Prescription numbers
  • Previous pharmacy’s name and phone number

Get your prescriptions by mail

You can get most prescriptions delivered directly to your front door within a few days — at no extra cost.1 Same-day or next-day delivery is also an option for most prescription orders for an additional fee.2 Plus, for most prescriptions, you can get a 3-month supply for the price of 2 months.3

Visit kp.org/refill to get started. If this is your first online order, you’ll need to create your online account and transition your prescriptions.

You can pick up your prescriptions at any Kaiser Permanente pharmacy — near your work or home.4 You can even order most new prescriptions and pick them up the same day at most of our pharmacies — at no extra cost. 

Visit kp.org/facilities, then search by location with the search term “pharmacy" to find the location that's most convenient for you.

  • By phone: Schedule a phone appointment1 with a doctor or nurse or call our 24/7 advice line to get on-demand support anytime.
  • In person: Schedule an appointment with your doctor. You can also get same-day, next-day, and weekend services at many of our locations.
