Your prescriptions, right at your doorstep
Skip the trip to the pharmacy and get your prescriptions sent right to your door. Everything we do centers on getting you the medications you need, when you need them, your way. You may be able to order 3 months of prescriptions for the price of 2.
You can have most medications delivered by mail — order on kp.org or on the Kaiser Permanente app.1
You can get status updates about your delivery by text or email. You can also track your order online and on the app.
Step 1
Sign in to kp.org and visit the Pharmacy page found in the main menu.2
Step 2
Add a prescription to your cart and choose "Send by mail" as your delivery method. Before you check out, you’ll see any savings available when you order your prescription for delivery.
Step 3
Review and submit your order. Once submitted, you can check your order status online.

Check your order status online
You can check the status of your prescription order through your kp.org account. Here are the steps for setting up notifications:
- Sign in to kp.org/pharmacy.
- Choose "Profile and Preferences" from your "My Account" menu.
- Choose "Notifications."
- Choose "Pharmacy" from your list of options.
- Select how you'd like to receive order status updates.
