Hummus is a versatile staple that can be enjoyed in countless ways. It's a delicious snack with veggie dippers, a flavorful spread for wraps and sandwiches, and a perfect complement to grilled protein or veggie skewers with whole-grain pita bread.
For a vibrant twist on the classic, try making beet hummus. This springtime favorite boasts a beautiful magenta color that's naturally derived from the beets themselves. The addition of beets introduces a unique blend of sweet and earthy flavors to the traditional hummus base.
To impress guests, consider preparing a base recipe of plain hummus alongside a vibrant beet hummus with a hint of honey. Serve them side-by-side for a visually stunning and flavorful presentation.
