How to get started with the One Pass program
Once you're a Kaiser Permanente Medicare health plan member, follow these steps:
- Visit youronepass.com
- Click "Get Started" to register. Enter in your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth and Health Plan Member ID.
- Once you're registered, you'll receive a Member Code. Be sure to write down your code and keep it handy. You will need to enter it each time you register for a new fitness location or other One Pass service.
- Start searching for gyms by clicking on the "Find a gym" page.
You may also call One Pass toll-free at 1-877-614-0618 (TDD/TYY 711), Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific time, to receive your Member Code.

Your plan includes coverage for routine eye exams, glaucoma screenings, and cataract screenings at Vision Essentials by Kaiser Permanente (located in our medical centers). You also receive an allowance every 24 months that can be used towards the purchase of glasses or contact lenses.
We cover OTC items listed in our OTC catalog for free home delivery. The catalog lists the price of each item. You can view our catalog and place an order online . You may also place an order over the phone or request a printed catalog be mailed to you by calling 1-833-881-1422 (TTY 711 ), 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. [See footnote 4]
Enhance your total health with hearing aids from Kaiser Permanente. Our health plans include a $1,000 hearing aid allowance [see footnote 5] per ear, every 36 months, as well as coverage for hearing exams, to use at Kaiser Permanente audiology centers. You’ll also receive the added value of follow-up care, a warranty for repairs, and a low replacement fee for lost hearing aids. You’ll also be receiving care from highly skilled audiologists, all with doctorates in audiology.
Hearing aids purchased from Kaiser Permanente include:
- 3-year warranty for repair
- 3-year warranty for loss and damage with a one-time $250 replacement fee per hearing aid
- Follow-up appointments for programming adjustments for 3 years

Many of our Kaiser Permanente Medicare Advantage (HMO or HMO-POS) includes 24 one-way rides to and from nonurgent medical appointments at Kaiser Permanente medical centers and contracted facilities.
