Medicare Members: To request a hard copy of Kaiser Permanente’s provider directory, please call our Member Services department at 1-888-777-5536, seven days a week, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Kaiser Permanente will mail a hard copy of the provider directory to you within three (3) business days of your request. Kaiser Permanente may ask whether your request for a hard copy is a one-time request or if you are requesting to receive the provider directory in hard copy permanently.
If you request it, your request for hard copies of the provider directory remains until you leave Kaiser Permanente or request that hard copies be discontinued.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same quality, member experience, or cost-related measures to select practitioners and facilities in Marketplace Silver-tier plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business. The measures may include, but are not limited to, HEDIS/CAHPS performance, member/patient complaints, patient safety scores, hospital quality measures, and geographic need. Members enrolled in KFHP Marketplace plans have access to all professional, institutional and ancillary health care providers who participate in KFHP plans' contracted provider network, in accordance with the terms of the members' KFHP plan of coverage. All Kaiser Permanente Medical Group physicians and network physicians are subject to the same quality review processes and certifications.
Kaiser Permanente uses the same geographic distribution consideration to select hospitals in Marketplace plans as it does for all other Kaiser Foundation Health Plan (KFHP) products and lines of business.

Parking
You can park on the second level parking lot or go around the building to the front parking lot.
From the south
- Take I-95 north.
- Take Exit 169 (Loisdale Road) and go to the first light.
- Turn left on Loisdale Road and go to the first light.
- Turn left onto Loisdale Court.
- The Springfield Medical Center is the second building on the right.
From the north
- Take I-95 south to Franconia Road.
- Take Exit 169A, which is 644 east and go to the first traffic light.
- Turn right on Loisdale Road. The medical center is on the right, and the Springfield Mall is on the left.
From west on the Fairfax County Parkway
- Take the Fairfax County Parkway to the Springfield/Franconia Parkway.
- Exit on Frontier Drive. Turn left at the bottom of the exit ramp.
- Travel beneath the parkway to the second light.
- Turn left onto Spring Mall Road. Go to the second light.
- Turn right onto Loisdale Road.
- At the first light, make a left onto Loisdale Court.
- The Springfield Center is the second building on the right.
