The deadline to enter our ImmUNITY Sweepstakes has passed, but it’s not too late to get vaccinated. You won’t be eligible for the sweepstakes, but you can still make an appointment and get the full health benefits of being vaccinated.

Now that vaccine supply is no longer an issue, the Biden administration has declared a Month of Action with a goal of vaccinating 70% of U.S. adults by July 4. Kaiser Permanente has been working to vaccinate our members, employees, and the communities we serve for more than 6 months, and we’re committed to supporting the White House’s effort through various programs, including the ImmUNITY Sweepstakes. Anyone 12 or older vaccinated at a Kaiser Permanente facility or a qualifying Kaiser Permanente–sponsored vaccination distribution site is eligible. You need to get at least your first dose by July 9, 2021. Also, Kaiser Permanente members vaccinated elsewhere are eligible. Kaiser Permanente members can sign into their kp.org account and check ‘Immunizations’ in their health record. If we don’t have your COVID-19 vaccination recorded, read more about how to submit your vaccination. Kaiser Permanente members as of June 7, 2021, who aren’t vaccinated because of a health condition or a sincerely held religious belief are also eligible. See full rules on eligibility.
If you already got your vaccination at a Kaiser Permanente facility or a qualifying Kaiser Permanente–sponsored vaccination distribution site, you’re automatically entered for a chance to win. You don’t need to do anything else.

People ages 12 to 17 are eligible. If a minor is selected to win a reward, their parent or guardian can either accept the reward on their behalf, or Kaiser Permanente can create a scholarship in the minor’s name for the approximate retail value of the reward. Also, if a reward isn’t allowed to be used based on an age restriction, then it will be automatically awarded as a scholarship. Read more about selection of winners.

No. Your personal health information won’t be shared with the third-party administrator supporting the ImmUNITY Sweepstakes on behalf of Kaiser Permanente, or any other organization. If you’re selected as a potential winner, you’ll be asked to give written consent to share your name and contact information with the sweepstakes administrator to claim your reward.
